Return Policy

Welcome!

Our return policy is very easy.

You have two options:

1 – Fall in love with our fashion, accessories and gifts and keep them forever. We make everything to last!

2 – Return your order and you have 60 days to do so.

The return will be free whenever it is for the reason of product change. In case you want to make a return with a refund of money, the carrier's expenses will be borne by the customer.

Within 3 days of receiving the item, we will refund you.

The return can be made through the Terol and Jay platform enabled after the purchase made. In a few clicks you will have done the management and without hassle. You will find the returns platform here: Platform

You can also write to us to return your order by sending an email to returns@terolandjay.com. Please note that you must send the items back within 14 days of notifying us.

All return items we receive are examined and valued. If an item is not eligible for return, we will not be able to accept it.

Package return process:

. Use our original Terol and Jay box to return the item and include all the details/gifts included in the package (discount postcard, packaging...)

. Open the digital online return platform of Terol and Jay and manage the return

. Print the label that has been created on the digital platform and paste it on the box, covering the original carrier label.

. Secure the closure of the box with some electrical tape.

. Go to the post office and send the package to us.

Special conditions:

An item selected and sent as the reason for an item change cannot be changed again.

Free returns for reasons of product change will only affect official products of the Terol & Jay brand, not being applicable to invited brands.

Accessories and gifts such as earrings, mugs, notebooks and agendas of the essences do not include free return.

Change of products:

If you decide to make a product change, you will be credited a balance on the Terol and Jay page equivalent to the purchase price of the previous product to make a new order. The new order is sent as soon as the return is received.
